  • Recruitment is the interplay between personnel marketing and recruitment. We work with you to develop a personnel marketing concept that is orientated towards the qualifications, needs, expectations and objectives of potential and existing employees in your company.

    As part of the actual recruitment process, we support you in your search for high-calibre specialists and managers, from placing adverts or approaching them directly to selecting applicants, right through to the point of permanent employment and the induction phase.

  • Every company is as good as the qualifications and motivation of its employees, because they are the decisive capital of a company. This realisation is not new, although it is often not given the importance it deserves in day-to-day work.

    We do not supply ready-made concepts, but work with you to develop ideas and measures that are tailored to the individual needs of your company. We attach great importance to the active and responsible participation of all those involved.

  • In different phases of a company's development and when problems and tasks arise that the existing management cannot or does not want to solve on its own, interim management is a supplement in the respective areas of the company. What began as a workshop on improving safety in swimming pools, water parks and hotel pools developed into an important project that has attracted international attention. It quickly became clear how the involvement of various interest groups and activities can have a major impact.

To this day, I work very successfully with a group of experts who have set themselves the goal of making swimming pools and water parks with play and sports areas a lot safer!

We are also active in education and prevention to sensitise employees and guests so that accidents don't happen in the first place!
